eReports is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff, clients and examinees.
We follow current and relevant public health advice in eReports clinics. If working in your own clinic with procedures above and beyond mandates, please communicate with eReports.
We ask that you please follow the safety guidelines below, which are mandatory for face-to-face eReports appointments across all states:
- Wear a mask
- Check-in via QR code service
- Sanitise upon entry
- Maintain social distancing
- Attend your appointment alone – If a support person is required to attend, the examinee must obtain pre-approval before arriving on the day. Any person attending a clinic who is not listed on the appointment will be turned away and asked to leave the clinic.
Vaccination information:
Please note, only fully vaccinated individuals will be able to attend eReports clinics for the purposes of face-to-face or NEXUS telehealth appointments.
For those that are fully vaccinated, evidence of vaccination status must be provided on arrival, or the appointment will be cancelled.
For unvaccinated individuals, please contact eReports to discuss alternate options.
