eReports has revolutionised the IME process with EVALU8, our innovative service that offers an alternative way for lawyers to commission IMEs.

EVALU8 offers a two-stage process:

Book an examination for your client with an eReports specialist and provide an upfront payment of only 50% of our standard fee. You will receive a verbal opinion from the specialist on your matter within 2-5 business days.
Consult with the specialist to determine whether you would like to proceed with a report. If you agree to move forward, a subsequent payment of the remaining 50% is provided to produce a high-quality report.

This process enables you to minimise costs, reduce over-utilisation of legal funding and choose whether to move forward with your matter.
